Policy
Definition
Members of the Foundation are Board Directors, as chosen at the Foundation’s registration. The board may appoint new members, subject to Board vote. In the case that a Director chooses to vacate his/her seat, the remaining Directors will appoint a replacement, subject to a Board vote.
Responsibilities & Benefit
Members are required to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities as Board Directors.
